Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK)

GWK, is one of Bali’s most iconic cultural landmarks located in the southern part of the island, in Ungasan.

The park is famous for its massive statue of Lord Vishnu riding the mythical bird Garuda, created by renowned Indonesian sculptor I Nyoman Nuarta. Standing at approximately 121 meters tall, it is one of the tallest statues in the world, even surpassing the Statue of Liberty.
